Nichts rechtzeitig geliefert. Anstatt 3 Tage hat die Bestellung 1 Monat gedauert. Niemand hat sich entschuldigt. Erst, als ich gepusht habe, haben sie sich entschuldigt und paar Sache ln als Entschädigung geschenkt.

A completely irresponsible company with unbelievably bad service. I purchased a mattress with a cover on December 30th, and while they delivered the mattress on time, they managed to dirty my bed and carelessly left filthy plastic bags on the floor.

To make matters worse, the cover that was supposed to protect the mattress was not only the wrong size but also a completely different model. For the past weeks, they have repeatedly lied—promising to replace the cover in a couple of days and assuring me they would contact me—but they never did.

At one point, they even falsely claimed to have fired the delivery person responsible for the mess, blaming him for the entire situation. Yet, after weeks of waiting, the same person returned to deliver the correct-sized cover—only for it to still be the wrong model.

Today is January 29th, and I still have not received the product I actually ordered.

This company operates with zero accountability, provides terrible service, and has no respect for its customers.

Beware: Unreliable, Irresponsible, and Dishonest Company!

I'm utterly disgusted by the service provided by MIEN Hotel Textile. Their communication is nonexistent, their promises are as empty as their ethics, and their disregard for customer satisfaction is staggering. They've repeatedly changed the delivery dates without so much as a courtesy notification. If you enjoy being misled, ignored, and left waiting indefinitely for a product you've paid for, then by all means, shop here. But if you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of them.
Unfortunately, only now I read reviews about them. Obviously, I am not the first one being cheated by them.

Mien - это команда дилетантов за большие деньги. Мы заказали шторы, нас уверили, что все будет сделано в срок. Конечно же, это была неправда, сильно сорвали сроки. В итоге приехали устанавливать шторы, а их даже не разрезали на две половины, сделали просто сплошное полотно))) Опять ждем ... Обещания все будет завтра, превратилось в завтраки. Далее их "установщики" нахамили, недовесили шторы, убежали недоделав свою работу, так что часть штор пришлось вешать самим. В итоге спустя полгода их классные карнизы просто рухнули (вырвало со всеми саморезами). На просьбу оперативно все исправить - игнор. Менеджер Нино видимо просто статист непонятно за что получающий зарплату. Каждый раз отговорки, то у нее праздники, то луна не в той фазе, то день несолнечный и нет настроения разговаривать.

I bought various items from Mien, from a mattress to curtains, pillows, towels and bathrobes, over a long period of time. Always pleasant experience with staff, very happy with the quality of everything I bought. Definitely recommend.

If you are going to buy something in Tbilisi branch, be prepared that your order will be delayed for a month. Never matching deadlines, irresponsible staff. While we got very good experience in Batumi, Tbilisi's office is a disaster. Think twice before ordering here

Хуже Mien я просто не встречал. Ужас на каждом этапе. Пошили шторы неверно, везде задержки на длительные недели, менеждер Нино ни что не способна, только врет постоянно. Два окна, одно больше другое меньше, так их сотрудники даже повесить шторы правильно не смогли, половину от одного окна, половину от другого - колоссальная некомпетентность
