CONTRACTORS BEWARE. We had done several jobs for Nick Griseto, James Thompson & Co. Inc over the last two years. Nick Griseto agreed to three jobs and reached out regularly by email regarding these three jobs/requests that we were to provide services for. Upon completion of the requested jobs our company submitted invoices totaling $18,166.46.

Nick Griseto offered to meet on site only to back out of his offer to meet hours before the date and time he requested. Nick Griseto was given everyday and anytime as an opportunity to reschedule and neglected or avoided any and all meeting/contact. To top off all the denials to meet requests made by our company. Nick Griseto emailed our company and told me personally to never set foot on any of his properties again. We made ourselves and/or my team available to fix any concerns he may have so that we could move the payment process along. Nick Griseto has refused to pay for anything even including job materials that total $15,000 +/- installed on his property that he has in his possession. Since requesting our payment approx. going on 3-4 weeks now Nick Griseto always consults his "council" in any of his emails he sends to our company. Referring to his "council" who handles by the way handles estates and IRS issues not civil matters has not made any attempt to get in touch with our company upon this google review.

VENDORS- DONT! This company contracts work and receives supplies without being willing to follow through and pay the invoices sent to them. We have invoices going back three years in open invoices. If you do business with them, the chances of getting paid are slim and instead they will ignore your contact and make empty payment plans. In a recent interview the owner was so grateful that their textile was actually sought out for Covid supplies and that it was going to allow them to expand their business buildings and increase their employees from 45 to over 400..... but wont pay their bills to other local companies that need it!

VENDORS BEWARE. This company contracted $13,022.09 worth of services from us. Which we provided promptly and correctly. Now, without any contact with us they are not paying. It is impossible to speak to a live person with the exception of the receptionist who cannot answer anything and transfers you to a voice mail to leave a message that is never answered. Multiple other attempts at contact have been made to no avail. We are currently in the process of filing a lien, but wish someone had warned us before doing business with this company.
