Is this a legit company or are they just scammers?
I ordered two wooden curtain poles for a total of over £1,000. One of the poles was delivered shattered. Furthermore, the threaded inserts on all brackets have been spray painted on the inside, so that the grub screws won't fit. This means even the undamaged pole cannot be fitted, because the brackets are not fit for purpose. All the caps arrived chipped. I complained about the order, requested a new, undamaged pole and replacement brackets that actually work. Was sent one half of a pole and no brackets.
When I was charged over £1,000 for two curtain poles, I thought I was paying for quality, but the truth is, I was being scammed.
Avoid this company like the plague!

Absolutely amazing customer service. We came to them with a very last minute request that was turned away from a number of suppliers before we got through to a sales assistant called Liam. Just dreadful. Had a problem with some fabric and was given a barrage of defensive unpleasantness and disinterest by their sales director. When I said I would close my longstanding account, he showed not the slightest concern. Shocking attitude to a customer. Be very cautious with these people.

By chance, we had to deal with Evans textiles after purchasing a motorised blind for our Roman blinds via our designer. We wanted to set up the blinds operation on our mobile app and automate the remote control. We were patched through to Dave from Tracks who was brilliant guiding us through the phone on what to do and without his clear guidance, there was no way we would have been able to figure out how to pair all the devices! He then followed up our conversation with all the relevant manuals. Fantastic customer service!

I use Evans for the majority of my components (I have a company that makes Roman Blinds). I always find they massively helpful, cheery and efficient. Kirk is fantastic and always pulls out all of the stops to get things across to me (if I end up ordering them at the last minute)! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We love dealing with Evans Textiles especially the guys in the made to measure department. They are helpful, friendly and most of all knowledgeable. Their tracks are the best on the market at really reasonable prices and their roman blind header rails are head and shoulders above the competition. Have them cut to size, it' so easy!
The only downside.... their website. It's a bit dated but we know enough about the products now to know what we are looking for

Shocking company! They sent all the wrong fittings for a very long track/pole and no apologies. We had travelled 2.5 hours to fit and unable to do it. No compensation, no apology. NEVER buy from this comoany
