Ordered some curtains from their company on Dec. 24th, it said they usually ship within 3 days of ordering. It's now Jan. 21st and I still never received anything. According to the tracking # it has not even been shipped out from the company. I've email them 4 times asking for a refund and have not received a single response back. This company obviously is not one anyone should do business with. So glad, I didn't order more than $30.00 worth of curtains from them, but feel bad for those other customers whom they've probably stolen more from. Don't order from Duck River Textiles.

I ordered Duck River Anastasia reversible shower curtain through Walmart. The order was marked shipped but never made it to the Fedex Facility. After 11 days, Walmart reordered the shower curtain for me. Again it was marked shipped but never made it to the Fedex facility, and Walmart refunded my money. I then saw the same Anastasia Reversible Shower Curtain from Duck River on Amazon and bought it. Once again it was marked shipped but never made it to the Fedex facility. I'll be requesting a refund from Amazon. Something isn't right with this company. I will never buy their products again. Duck River = problem purchases.

I just received a Duck River Textile package that I never ordered. I live in Ohio. The nearly illegible label on it says it is being sent USPS to a person who lives in Costa Mesa, CA, but someone hand wrote my street address on it. When I checked the tracking number, it shows the package being shuffled back and forth between my post office and Pittsburgh. I don't see NJ on it anywhere although that's the return address. The label is so terribly printed you can barely read it, both the return address and the person it is being sent to. How they thought my house was the place to deliver it, I have no idea!

I bought what I thought was a beautiful comforter set made by Duck River textiles on Groupon. The first time I washed it the stuffing inside shifted and basically became completely flat!! I can't even use it. Some parts have stuffing and other parts are just empty material. I am thoroughly disappointed in the quality and manufacturing of this product! I will never buy anything made by them again!

I ordered a comforter set from this company and in less than a month is started falling apart. I have tried to contact them and I have received no response. I’ve called multiple times and haven’t had any answers besides once, a guy finally answered the phone & told me there was nothing he could do that I need to send and email and they may refund me or give me an exchange, and then just hung up on me without even providing me the email or what exactly to put in the email. I am highly dissatisfied with this company.

Product ordered was a Christmas gift. It was never received and I was charged for it. Tried calling multiple times and the receptionist was clueless and then transfers me to someone else’s voicemail. No contact back. Absolute terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY from this merchant!!
