I am a start-up and have worked with CFB for 1.5 years now. I have ended the cooperation because I am very disappointed with the service and communication. My schedule has been pushed back a long way due to the long waiting times from the manufacturer. I always had to wait a long time until I received an answer, the production of the samples took a long time and it cost me too much money. My contact person is very nice, but unfortunately the negative aspects are too much.

Purchased blank hoodie for my wife and this is what I got. I contactes their support but they just said they will pass it on to someone else in their team and then just disappeared. Worst experience.

Worst customer service, i tried communicating to them the best that i could they responded late and when they did it was with a lot of mistakes and not properly written. When i tried getting explanation they didn’t wanted to provide any and they blame it on me for not being able to provide proper information even if i used their process or production (tech pack) template. Dont use their service they will manipulate the situation to their advantage trying to sell you a consultation for 200€ instead of communicating properly as a collaboration should work! They might have worked with represent and other big companies but for startups that are willing to go beyond their limites to have good quality they will treat you like trash.

Hello, I want to share my experience with the CFB manufacturing factory. I thought that this factory would be a great option for making a shell jacket, but unfortunately, they couldn't deliver what they claimed they could. Although this factory claims to be a luxury standard for making clothes, they failed to meet my expectations. They pretended that they could produce my jacket, but in reality, they were not capable of doing so, and they just took my money. This is a shame for the reputation of Portugal as a place to make luxury clothes. To give an idea of how bad they are, they couldn't even follow the tech pack instructions. They made my logo the wrong color. If anyone is planning to use CFB for manufacturing, I suggest thinking twice before making a decision.

You order and then as they have no product in stock they ask you to change the size from XL to Small. No advice of the availability in the website before ordering. Then if you ask the refund they charge you shipping cost without shipping......terrible company don't trust them
