Ich habe mit Herrn Olejak hervorragende Erfahrungen gemacht. Auch Emaillierungen z.B. auf einer Silberdose wurden herausragend restauriert.
Die Aussagen zu verwendetem Plastik bei Porzellan können nur falsch sein, Herr Olejak nutzt bei der Restaurierung ein Sinterverfahren bei dem die Teile neu "zusammengebrannt" werden. Das schließe die Verwendung von Kunststoffen aus.
Zudem ist Herr Olejak sehr auf direkten Kundenkontakt bedacht. Wertvolle Stücke werden nur direkt übergeben, kein Versand. Außer auf ausdrücklichen Wunsch des Kunden und dann auch nur durch diesen organisiert. Sollte die Dame nun schlechte Erfahrungen beim Versand gemacht haben, so hatte sie wohl keine erfahrene Spedition mit der Abholung beauftragt. Unfair das auf den Restaurator abzuwälzen...

I have been using Mr Olejak's services for the last five years and his work is exceptional! What is written below from the other two (I suspect the same person) simply, in my opinion, cannot be true - replacing porcelain with plastic parts? madness! Mr Olejak is a perfectionist, much like myself. He understands that repairs must be to the original specifications and he has a great eye for detail....he is a genius and I am very grateful to have found him!

He destroyed our porcelain. He changed original parts of figures for a plastic. He ignored all our complaints. Porcelain figures were packaged in paper box from Vodka. 5 boxes from Vodka. Is it OK or he using more Vodka than other people? Some goods were delivered damaged. We lost 1000 euro. I attached some photos where you can see the changed parts. 1/ Meissen harlequin with plates. There was missing one plate. He removed the original hand (we got the hand back in a sack) and gave there a new hand with a new plate. I don’t know the material but is not porcelain. I wrote a plastic, but it’s something similar. Important is, that the original part was removed and changed for another material. The figure has now bigger damage than before. 2/ Meissen figure of the hunter, same case. The arm and gun were changed for an unoriginal piece from other material and the original parts are in the sack. For me is this unacceptable! I believe that he is a canny repairer, but I prefer originality. How I can sell it now? As Meissen figures with Olejak’s arms? Maybe the figure will be damaged again and then I will have Olejak’s figure with Meissen’s head? Sorry, that is very crazy!!! And the repairer is a very dangerous man for every collector. That is my opinion! And tradesman has full liability for the delivery of goods, but Mr. Olejak doesn’t respect basic business principles in EU. The figures were freely leid in boxes from Vodka. We paid 2700 euros for this!
