Worst management ever they won’t change it or refund the amount i mean this is not Pakistan or Kashmir this is uk you have to return the item or exchange it within 28 days but these arrogant don’t have manners at all.
Don’t buy from these guys they are so disrespectful to customers.
I bought a suit for my wife while she went to Umrah when she came back it was tight i went after 1 week they refused to even exchange it so i thought i would never come back here and also tell others not to go there.
Also they have the worst quality stuff and ripping off the people.

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Unclear, rude and do not tell you their refund exchange policy at point of sale.
Can only try 2 outfits on at a time - totally understandable! My little girl wanted to try on 5 expensive wedding suits. I asked the man and he said that’s fine as I said I’d leave 3 on the counter and come back for the next 2 when she’s tried 2 on. Went to swop suits keeping it to ONLY 2 once my daughter had tried the first 2 on… anyhow this women started challenging me …..

I said I have 2 , I’m putting these 2 back and now my daughter needs to try the next two on the counter. She made a HUGE scene and said to me “which man” when I explained I had permission off the man to do this!! The man then came over and said “it’s ok but because of the beading we don’t let you normally try more than two on”…..so let’s be clear. What is it? Is it customers can only try 2 outfits on OR customers can only try two heavily beaded outfits on?

The changing rooms - there is only 1. It’s a large store! The second changing room is a tiny sewing room! Both are DIRTY!

Jewellery - I bought £60 worth. The lady SAME AS ABOVE - sold me the wrong size £10 bangles. I messaged the shop to be told unbeknownst to me, jewellery cannot be swapped! I get earrings etc but bangles and given this was NOT made clear at point of sale - it’s just not acceptable! Her fault not mine! I don’t wear Asian clothes I took the advice from what I thought to be experienced staff!?!

I spent over 3 hundred pounds at this store over two visits. I will NOT be returning!!!!

There is an amazing range of material an outfits. Price to suit your budget low to high. Also the fashion range is really good, casual to wedding. Was just passing to look at something specific but dpent over an hour because my friend could not chose between outfits. She ended buying all three. My first choice for special occassions

Bought some earrings and one earring broke as I took it out, didn’t even get a chance to try it on, really bad quality and when I took it back to them they refused to give me a refund when it wasn’t even my fault. Said they will give me half price if I buy something else but actually didn’t give me half price just took £3 off on a £8 item
Bad customer service and never let you exchange or refund would give 0 stars if possible. Very bad customer service, shocking for a business as big and established as theirs.

Poor customer service. Not allowed to try more than one dress, told to just guess if you like it by putting it next to you when looking in a mirror. If you want to, you are told to ask permission from the man at the counter… absolutely not! They also make it clear that there are no refunds or exchange (despite not letting you try?!)
Walked straight out and went to Kiran’s next door who were attentive and listened to my needs. Purchased a dress straight away. Never returning to this store again - clueless

Worst customer service! No help given even after asking numerous times. That one girl that doesn’t let you use the changing rooms. This used to be my go to clothes store but not anymore. The men have good service but the women are atrocious. Rude and abrupt. The clothes are good quality but the service just puts you off from buying them.
